WALT: evaluate our learning honestly

What is an effective learner? someone who go's bye the rules and gets there work done quick and ignores other people if they are talking to them.  

What were the highlights for this term? Why? making our own watercolor pant because it's fun making things and then using them to make a great panting and comparing the difference to our old watercolor pant.

What were your greatest challenges this term?  Why?making a book trailer because we had to fined all of the photos and put them on to i movie and then make a book trailer. 

How are you going towards acting with integrity? Why? good because I am not talking to my friends and getting into my work more.

What are your goals in writing? How do you know these are your goals?my goal in writing is being more descriptive I know because I have bean trying to do that

Where to next?my next goal will be to have lots of  detail and to edit my writing more.

Watercolor writing.

W.AL.T See think wonder.

We were making our very own watercolor pant, first we had to take a pitcher of anything in the school. I had taking a photo of the slide and then panting it with proper watercolor pant.

We made a see think wonder poster to observe the different patties and shades with the different pant and chalk. when i looked through the magna fine glass spotted that on the die there was little  spicks on the paper that looked really cool.

I put water in some watercolor pant that me and my grope made, it just evaporated so quick and socked into the pant and left a hole Matter is sold liquid and gas. they are the states first it go’s like solid melts into a liquid then the liquid will turn into steam. 

We had to research how to make watercolor pant salah found a really good recipe. to make watercolor pant it had vinaga i mean what will that do? i did produced that the backing soda and the vinaga will bubble up we made a plan to record our ideas and recipe’s some more of the ingredients. were cornstarch food coloring to make the color we got a steering bowl and a steering spoon the corn starch made the watercolor go hard.

You could so tell the difference on our new watercolor to our old watercolor pant because sometimes the honey. can show and then the paper will come off it was funny when Zavier wiped his watercolor panting and the green went really clear and looked like a nice green and witch was light.

Next time I want to make black and pink for the sky and white to I learned how To make watercolor pant, so next time I can make watercolor pant again and show people how to make watercolor pant next time i’m also going to take photo that is not as hard.

Focus - Persuasive writing

Purpose (Why are we writing)- to persuade people to read my book.

W.A.L.T make a book trailer -

Think of a book trailer as something like a movie trailer. It is a short preview designed to get people excited about your book. When designing a book trailer, you should consider the following.

Success Criteria:

• Persuasive phrase - Words
• Good images from the book
• Not too long - 1 - 1 1/2 minutes
• The music fits the mood of the book - Catchy
• Use the main and most interesting parts
• Persuasive question? - Will the poison work?
• Make sure we don't use the imovie ready made trailers
• We need a plan
• We need a storyboard
